Julie Beaufils studied at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts, Paris, and at the Roski School of Art, University of Southern California, Los Angeles. Her work explores contemporary forms, perception, and narrative through painting and installation.
Beaufils’s recent solo exhibitions include Slow Definition, Matthew Brown, New York (2025); Inner Sources, presented by Matthew Brown and Balice Hertling, Unlimited at Art Basel, Basel (2024); Démo, Balice Hertling, Paris (2023); Diegesis, Matthew Brown, Los Angeles (2023); and ART021, Shanghai (2020).
